Ordering online is the quickest and best way to order parts from us.
Website orders take priority & are dispatched on the same day, if ordered before 2.30pm weekdays
With website orders you receive a tracking & should there be any order/courier issues and we need to refund or resend, then we have all the details available. 

These photos will show you how to register a new account (this does not set you up to receive unwanted spam emails from us, other than your order confirmation and tracking details), login to an existing account & purchase products from our website.

Once registered & logged in, your account details should come up along the top. In this section you can change password or check past orders, change address etc.
 
 
ORDERING A PART 

Click on parts and select the part you require.
Our parts are easily categorised and are often listed in 2 or more categories.
You can search for a part by locating the appropriate category in the yellow parts banner or alternatively searching keys words in the search bar at the top of the yellow banner (photo 3).

Click again on the part name to open up all the details, measurements and extra photos.
Change the units from '1' to however many units or metres you require.  Some items may have a drop box to select colour etc.
Click  'add to cart'. This will take you straight to the cart, if you require more parts then click, 'continue shopping'.
Otherwise, go through the 6 steps of checkout, then finalise and make payment.

On the shipping page (page 4) please ensure you select the correct shipping option, rural or standard (see photo).  If you have a rural address and do not select the rural shipping option your order will be delayed while we contact you for the additional rural fee to be paid.  
On page 5 (see photo) there is an order notes section where you can put colour, size, etc.  Any information you need us to know can go in this box.  Your NZMCA/ALLPOINTS CAMPING membership number must be added here.

Finalise order then make payment, you can do a bank transfer or a credit card payment.

The checkout process is much quicker for subsequent orders.

DISCOUNT CODES; if you are an NZMCA or ALLPOINTS CAMPING member

Please follow the below instructions carefully as we cannot do refunds if the discount does not apply

1. Put NZMCA or APC23 in the coupon code box on the 1st step of checkout (see photo) then you must click the update button underneath and check the discount has applied before moving on to page 2.

2. Please also put your NZMCA/ALL POINTS member number in the order notes box on step of checkout. These are checked against the system.
