These static homes are a great alternative to a bach, staff or family accommodation, or a tiny home on a section

these come in varying sizes.Most of our sizes are approx 36 ft long by 12 ft wide

General features include similar to the below

2 or 3 Bedrooms
Some statics come with 2 sets of doors, either at the side or in the front .

Master bedroom with island bed, wardrobe and desk/dressing table

Second bedroom with twin beds and wardrobe/storage space

Roomy front lounge with sofas, one sofa converts to a bed

Kitchen with gas oven, grill and hobs

Bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. Additional separate toilet off hallway.

Gas califont hot water

Gas fire in lounge and ducted heaters in the bedrooms

2 entry/exit doors

Double glazed windows, fully insulated roof and walls

We are able to deliver these units NATIONWIDE.

*Delivery is to site, not on site. We recommend the use of a tractor or strong 4WD to manoeuvre on site to the desired location.

These are too large to be towed on the road & do need to be transported to site. We can arrange this. The idea of the wheels and towing "A" frame is for manoeuvrability on site and should be an advantage in gaining council consent if required. Checking with your local authority is advised.
