The Powrtouch 1A x SS AUTO (TIMED) electronics & paired hand set has been professionally reconditioned in the UK
This is a universal handset but has been synchronised to your unit. There is no further set-up needed
Handset is pre paired to the unit & comes with a 6 month warranty from date of purchase
How to turn on handset: Push down button on handset above the word "Caravan Mover" (handset will automatically turn off when not in use)
Conditions of warranty:
- Must be installed by a professional caravan technician. Proof of installation will be required for any warranty claim.
- Remotes & control boxes are paired during the factory reconditioning stage. Should the purchaser unpair these in the installation stage repairing is the responsibility of the installer NOT Affordable Caravans. Our technical team are unable to provide support for this.
- Should the installer be unable to successfully fit the motor mover & need the unit retested/recalibrated the unit will need to be returned to Affordable Caravans at the purchaser's expense.
- If the issue is deemed to be a result of user error the purchaser will be liable for all costs including sending the unit back to the factory in the UK to be reset again.
- Affordable Caravans will endeavour to assess all units in a reasonable timeframe & any units to be sent back to the UK will be processed with our next outgoing shipment. Please note, any units needing to be sent back to the UK will likely take 2-3 months to be returned.
- Should you need a unit fitted faster than the UK return service, you are welcome to purchase a second unit. Once the original unit has been assessed in the UK if it is found to be user error, you will be refunded the initial cost of the unit less an administration fee, cost involved in shipping to the UK & back & any charges incured at the UK factory. Should the unit be found to be faulty for any reason other than user error full reimbursment for the inital cost & any shipping cost will be made.
- Any item deemed to have a legitimate warranty claim will have return shipping cost reimbursed by Affordable Caravans & the item will be refunded.
