Parts Return Policy
We aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following return conditions carefully:
General Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the item is in its original condition as sold (not installed, unused, and in unopened packaging).
• All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• Please contact us prior to returning any item. All returns must include a copy of your invoice.
• Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Inspection & Processing

• Once your returned item has been received, it will undergo a quality control inspection.
• If testing is required, there may be a delay in processing your return. Replacement items will only be dispatched after thorough testing has been completed.
• Testing and inspection timeframes are subject to technician availability.
• Exchanges, refunds, or store credits will be processed once the item has passed inspection.

Incorrect Orders

• If an incorrect item was ordered, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items specially ordered for a customer are non-refundable.
• Electrical and gas parts are strictly non-returnable. Please ensure you have selected the correct item before purchasing. If unsure, contact us for assistance prior to purchase.

Awnings

• Awnings are subject to a $250 restocking fee.
• Awnings that have been partially or fully erected are not eligible for return or refund.
• Please ensure accurate measurements of your caravan before purchasing an awning.

Damaged Goods

• Any items damaged in transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Failure to notify us within this timeframe may void any claim with the courier and affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.
